Outlook 2013 - calendar 'could not be updated'

I have two email accounts, gjAToutlook.com and gjATgmail.com.

I shared my outlook.com calendar with gjATgmail.com

I created an email account gjATgmail.com in desktop Outlook 2013.

When I try to open the gjAToutlook.com shared calendar in outlook 2013, nothing displays. There is an error message with an exclamation mark and the phrase 'could not be updated'.

Does anyone have any idea what is causing this error and solution to the problem?

I'm using Windows 7.
