Backup/Restore Outlook 2013 from batch

Hello,

i am looking for a tool, which can backup/restore my entire outlook 2013
(.ost-file, account settings, signatures etc.) and restore it. And this
should be possible without installing anything (so that I can rund it
portable from an external drive) in a batch.

I tried several programs, which I found on the web, but nothing matched
this demands.

Have someone a hint for me, what I could use to do my task?
