Using Outlook PST Backup Program w/User Accounts

I have downloaded and installed the pst backup program from Microsoft. I have
two questions:

1. If I restore my backed up pst file from an external hard disk, will it
write over the existing Outlook pst file?

2. When my spouse logs into her account, the "File>Backup" does not appear.
How can I include the pst "Backup" in the other user account's File Menu?

You cannot restore that backup file. If you need datas from the file
open it via

File | Open | Outlook-Datafile

As far as I know every Windows user has to install the tool seperatly.
