Outlook does not Automatically Send/Receive

I have one user running Outlook 2000 SP3 on Windows XP PRO SP2, who has
trouble with send receive. We are using Exchange 2000 and her outlook does
not seem to check for new mail automatically. The only time she can tell if
she has new mail is to refresh her inbox(re-sort her emails, click on another
folder and then back to her inbox, click send recieve). This results in her
repeatedly refreshing her mailbox so she can see if she has new mail instead
of her consentrating on other matters. I've never seen this problem before
and everyone else's emails automatically refresh when new mail is received.
Any Ideas? Thanks for the help.

Sounds like the XP firewall is enabled, as it is in XP SP2. Either disable
it or allow an exception for outlook.exe.

Note - this isn't a good group for this question, as it's for Windows 2000.
The best group might've been microsoft.public.exchange.clients and/or
microsoft.public.outlook. Just for future reference.
