When using outlook, each time I try to send a mail for the first time, a
dialog comes up telling me that...

A program is trying to access e-mail address you have stored in outlook. Do
you want to allow this?

My options are yes, no, then there is a check box to allow continuously for
a specified time. The longest time period is 10 minutes.

Am I going to have to put up with this dialog every time?
It is annoying... what can I do?

This usually happens when you are using Word as your mail editor and you
have Adobe Acrobat (with the PDFMaker add-in) installed. Either use
Outlook's mail editor or disable PDFMaker. See
http://www.slipstick.com/outlook/ol2002sp3.htm#problems

The problem seems to have gone away. I went under Tools>Options and
unchecked the box that says "use microsoft word to edit email messages"

I shut it down and brought it up again. Seems to work. Lets see
tomorrow!!!
Thanks for pointing me in the right direction.
