When I try and send e-mail it tell me to close dialog box (How?)

When I go to send an e-mail Outlook tell me to close the Dialog Box well I
have looked hi & Low for a shut off of some kind to shut it down and I can't
find where
to go to Close the Dialog Box.Can anybody help me out.
I'm running Office outlook 2003.
If anybody has an answer please send me an e-mail to ([email protected])
