How do I use Outlook Journal to prompt for time recording informa.

I want to use Outlook Journal to ask me every 10 minutes to record my work
details. Is the possible and how do I set it up.

It could be for the next 10 minutes or past 10 minutes. It would help to be
able to set the time period. The important element is that a dialog box pops
up to ask for an action to record what I've been doing. The Journal section
of Outlook appears to be the best place for this but at present I need to
manually start and stop entries. I'd like it to force me to record from the
pul down menu what I've been doing.

Thanks for any help....

Outlook can't do that. You'd need to program the solution yourself with VBA.
