outlook Crashes upon start up?

HI, i get this message when i try to open outlook:

AppName: outlook.exe AppVer: 9.0.0.2416
ModName: msouplug.dll
ModVer: 2004.1.0.147 Offset: 00016d58

Anyone got any ideas? i've tried removing and
reinstalling, installing over, repairing but nothing
seems to work.

This MSOUPLUG.DLL module is the NAV Anti-spam plugin for MS/Outlook.

I have just had to disable it, by simply renaming it to
old_MSOUPLUG.DLL, in order to get around the very nasty MS/OUTLOOK
2002 problem where NAV/NIS is causing some emails to get a date of
"none" and that completely stops them from being sent.

Have you tried the Liveupdate before you start MS/Outlook?
