Error: ModName: fldpub.dll

Hi folks. I use Outlook since two years without problem. Suddenly, it starts
to hang up 2 o 3 minutes after lunching with this error:

AppName: outlook.exe AppVer: 9.0.0.2416 ModName: fldpub.dll
ModVer: 9.0.3425.0 Offset: 00029435

Office 2000, Win XP. Any idea?

Ok, no answers but I find the solution. I seems to be a problem with Net
Folders. After deactivating this feature everything is normal again.
