outlook needs to close.

Hi,
over the l;ast few days, outlook crashes on me for some reason. I get
the error message :-
Appname outlook.exe AppVer 11.0.8217.0 modname msvcr80.dll modver
8.0.50727.3053 offset 00007c45

any help would be appreciated
