Outlook crashes on startup

i have a consitently recurring outlook 2002 (XP) problem. running
WinXPSP2. when outloook starts, it always gets the "Outlook has
encountered a problem and needs to shut down..." message, referencing
ntdll.dll in message.

i have reinstalled, created new .pst file, tried running with /safe
mode. all give me same Problem screen.

VERY frustrating! any idea where problem is?

Very frequently asked question therse last few days. Your problem is with
CloudMark and they have a fix on their website.
