Outlook 2002 Crashing

Hi folks,

I recently began having problems with Outlook 2002 where as soon as I open outlook I get an error message indicating that it has encountered an error and has to close. I have tried the following:

System restore, reloading Office, using an older .pst file in the odd chance that the current one was corrupted. None of this changed anything. I've been getting the following error as

AppName: outlook.exe AppVer: 10.0.6822.0 ModName: ntdll.dll
ModVer: 5.1.2600.2180 Offset: 0003426d

LOCALS~1\Temp\c766_appcompat.txt was the file included in the error message.

Anyone have any idea what is going on and how I can rectify it?

Thanks in advance,

David

Is the latest Service Pack for Office 2002 installed? If not, install it. If
the problem persists see if disabling addins helps.

Kathleen gets the prize! I am using Cloudmark and so went to their site to see if something was awry and sure enough they did an update that cause the crash. Problem solved! Thank you, everyone.
