Outlook 2007 Crashes On Startup

ok, i've installed Office 2007 Beta 2. Install goes fine, reboot, no
problem. When i launch Outlook 2007, i get a splash screen and configuring
outlook dialog. about 1 second later, i get another dialog telling me
outlook has encountered a problem and needs to close. if i restart, i get
asked to open in safe mode, outlook crashes again. this time i am prompted to
run "detect and repair". when this completes ,outlook still crashes. I have
run office diagnostics, no errors found. Event Viewer shows only that I said
yes to safe mode. All other office 2007 apps run fine.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled 2x with the same result. any suggestions?

Were you running Outlook 2003 before?
Any applications that integrate with Outlook like anti-virus, synching
software etc? Disable this integration.
Tried it with a clean profile already?

Also, check in the Outlook.exe folder to make sure no outlook.exe.manifest
files are there. That will crash Outlook 2007.

I've got the same problem, I've tried all combinations of removing
PDFCreator, recreating my profile, and reinstalling/repairing office.

Any other suggestions?

Nothing else other than the other suggestions that have been made.

There were no entries in the system log, but i disabled the service
"panasonic trap monitor" and "machine debug manager" and "soundmax agent
service" and its cleared up. just an FYI, not sure if its a MS problem or
soundmax or panasonic.

Try reenabling the Soundmax service and try again. Do the same with the
others and you may be able to isolate which one is the cause. My guess is
that it's NOT the Soundmax service.

I know I'm coming into the game late. But, could someone walk me though all
of this via yahoo or google talk. This is ridiculous. Crash, crash, crash.

Can you explain what is going on? I don't see any previous posts or any
thread that you are referring to with "this" (which could be an issue
with Outlook 2007 or my newsreader add-in).
