Outlook 2007 won't open normal or in safe mode-Crashing

I have Outlook 2007 on a 64-bit windows vista computer. Outlook had been
working fine for 5 months and then one day it won't work anymore. I've tried
safe mode, detect & repair, un-install, and office updates.

I can't even get into any part of Outlook...it crash immediately.
 
It could be one of your Add Ons causing this issue
Does Outlook work if you disable your Add Ons
 
Was that Starting Outlook using the safe switch or booting your PC into safe
mode?
