Outlook Contacts can't be displayed.

I am trying to fix my boss' computer. He is using
Outlook 2000. When writing a new message, after clicking
the "To:" button, the global address book (our company's
emails only) are available.

When trying to switch to the Outlook Address Book
Contacts, it says the file may have been moved or
deleted. BUT, you can look at those contacts from the
Outlook Shortcuts view so I know they have not been
deleted.

Any ideas on how to fix this would be great! Thanks in
advance.

Go to Tools > Services. Make sure the Outlook Address Book service is
listed. If not, add it. Next, R click on the Contact folder or folders you
want the OAB to display, choose "Properties", go to the Outlook Address Book
tab and check the "Show this folder as an E-mail address book" box. You may
also need to go to Tools > Options > Addressing Tab and choose to show your
Contacts folder.
