Outlook constantly gives me an error message when sending

Outlook constantly gives me an error message when sending, but there is not
an error message in the box. The problem is that I never know for sure if
the email was sent. I always have to go to the Outbox and delete the
message there, otherwise the email will keep sending to the recipient. This
is very very frustrating, I could sure use some advice. My email address is
(e-mail address removed). Thank You.

And that message is? And your version of Outlook is? And your account type
is?

I am using Outlook Express 6.0, I have a pop3 account, the box pops up and
says at the top: Some errors occurred while processing the requested tasks.
Please review the list of errors below for more details.

The bottom white area that errors would normally be in is always empty. So
I have no idea what error occurred, if any, I only know that I am never sure
if the email is sent, although I believe most of them get through because I
get responses back most of the time. The worst problem is that I always
have to go to the Outbox and delete the message or it will keep sending over
and over. This problem normally occurs when I have an attachment or if I am
forwarding an email that contains attachments or additional graphics of some
sort.
