In the past couple of days outlook has been recieving fine but will not send.
It is trying to send 2 messages constantly but there is nothing in the outbox
and when I do try to send an email it will not send but will show in the
outbox. I can't seem to get it fixed.Only way to keep it from sending is to
close the program. error meesage says it can not connect to server. all
settings seem to be right.

pop3 comcast.net. The settings are the same as they always were.It is strange
that it is trying to send things that are not there.
