outlook connector does not work

I have outlook 2007. i installed the connector. I saw all my mail in the
inbox and was impressed. breifly. now there is no mail in the inbox, no
contacts, yet everything in the HTML version is the same. The outlook 2007
connector allows me to send mail, but it does not show any mail, nor notice
new incomming mail.

any ideas?

What is shown in the error log of the Connector? On the toolbar press Server
Status-> Detailed Report
