Outlook Connector and Outlook 2003 Problems

Windows XP Home Edition, MS Office 2003

I installed the latest version of Outlook Connector and used it for over a
month without issues. Then all of a sudden not all of my messages would
transfer over from my PAID Hotmail account. Tried deleting and re-adding my
hotmail account - didn't help. Then just this week, the 'Send/Receive'
button dissappeared along with the 'Send' button in the New email window.
Also, in the new email window - nothing is showing up in the "Accounts" tab.

Tried deleting and re-adding my hotmail account again and performing a
'Detect and Repair'. All without effect. When I uninstall Connector, I
can't even open Outlook - get a message saying that "Cannot start Microsoft
Outlook. Unable to open the Outlook window. The set of folders could not be
opened." So I guess I'm stuck with Connector.

I am receiving emails, just can't send them. Also tried Scanpst.exe without
success.

Any ideas?
