Outlook changes .PUB file to _PUB.ZIP

Why does outlook change my .PUB file to a _PUB.ZIP file. The receiver cannot
read the PUB file when he gets it zipped. Any help here?
 
Outlook doesn't change the filename of anything you send. Do you have a
compression application that integrates with Outlook?
