outlook automtic email address

I need to know how to create a toolbar for the automatic
email address w/ regular outlook. I got it working once
but the toolbar is been used is outlook express, by the
time send them to the receiver any idea why? Thanks!
 
It might be just me, but I am not quite sure I understand your problem...

What do you mean by:
1.- "toolbar for the automatic email address"? What did this toolbar do?
Are you referring to "Automatically complete e-mail address when composing"?
In Outlook it might be called "Automatic name checking" or press Ctrl+K
after typing a few letters of the contact you want to write to.

2.- "but the toolbar is been used IS outlook express, BY THE TIME SEND THEM
TO THE RECEIVER"?
