Outlook 2K3 can't upload rules to exchange server

Hello All,
When I create a rule (client side) I am getting a message from Outlook 2K3
stating that one or more rules could not be uploaded to the exchange server
and have been deactvated. This could be because some of the parameters are
not supported or there is insufficient space to store all your rules.
Any ideas on why this is happening

There's a limit to the size rules can occupy. Rules, regardless of whether
they are client- or server-based are kept in the delivery location, which in
your case is Exchange. You've run out of rule space in your Excahnage
mailbox.
