We are an Exchange 2K3 shop and on a client's PC we've got
this Outlook 2K error: "There is not enough space on the
Microsoft Exchange Server to store all your rules. The
rules that failed to upload have been deactivated."

Any relevant info/ideas on haw to address and resolve this
issue will be gratly appreciated!

Thanks,

Peter

All rulles added up can't have more than 32K characters in them. This can't
be changed.

I'm having the exact same issue. I deleted a bunch of
rules I no longer use but it didn't appear to have a
tangible effect on my ability to upload a new rule. Is
there a trick to deleting rules to free up those 32k
characters?

I would also like to be able to resolve this issue. I have heard the 32K
limit but I don't know how to determine the size of my Outlook rule base.

If I disable all the rules with more than one "sender" in them then I can
enable some of the other ones.

(Using Outlook 2003 SP1, Windows XP SP1, Exchange Server 2003 SP1. My
mailbox was migrated from Exchange 5.5)

Thanks
