Can't add anymore Outlook Rules

Have a client using Outlook 2003 and they seem to have reached their Rules
limit on our Exchange 2003 server.
And I have also come to that point. Can you change the Rules Limit? If so
where?

Error message reads "One or more rules could not be uploaded to Exchange
Server and have been deactivated. This could be because some parameters are
not supported OR you have run out of space to store all your files"

I've checked Storage limits and we are both under.

Any idea's??

Alas, the limit is 32k of rules storage, and can't be changed (despite
frequent requests). Modify your rules - simplify them & delete those that
aren't absolutely needed.
