Outlook 2007 Error

When I try to send email from Outlook 2007, I get the following error message:
None of the authentication methods supported by this client are supported by
this server.

Email comes into my Inbox just fine (no errors).

Note: This is a brand new XP Pro OS (SRVC PACK 2), I installed Office 2007,
and no previous versions of Office were on the laptop (there are no MS Office
Service Packs installed to my knowledge).

How can correct my email issue?

What kind of server are you connecting to? Have you checked with your
ISP to see what your settings SHOULD be?

Yes, I have checked with AT&T and they say it is a Microsoft software problem.
I am connecting to BellSouth Server (Webmail) and using Outlook 2007.

I think I need a Windows Driver or Window Srvc Pack - this is a brand new
install of Office 2007.

Are there any recommended Srvc Packs for Outlook 2007?
