Outlook 2007 E-mail Disappers after reading the first e-mail

I get my e-mail and read the first e-mail that is in my inbox but when I go
to read the next one all the other e-mail that I just got have disapperd how
do I fix this problem

Have you set a filter on your Inbox to show only unread mail? If so, change
it to show all messages.

You don't state your version of Outlook but here are the general steps:

View > Current View > make sure Messages is checked.

Or enable your Advanced toolbar (View > Toolbars . make sure both Standard
and Advanced are checked). You'll see a section that will indicate your view
(View only Unread Messages or Unread Messages in This Folder where Messages
should be chosen instead).
