Outlook 2003 with 13gig PST

Outlook 2003 opens, on its own. Add the PST file (13gig); won't open. Had
been opening before.
As far as I have seen, Outlook 2003 has 20gig max for PST(??). Outlook was
working fine till a few days ago. Wondering if Scanpst will be able to do
anything for this. Might take a few hours (a day?)?
I have Ontrack's EasyRecovery, that can fix PST files... Version 6.00. Not
sure if it is made to handle a LARGE Unicode file.
Just trying to get some others' experience, before spending ??Hours running
scans that might do Nothing.

you can try another 3rd part tool called Advanced Outlook Repair. You
