Outlook 2003 Will not boot up

Yesterday, I was using Outlook 2003 and all was fine. I shut my computer to
transport it (notebook), and after I had booted my computer up again to use
Outlook again, it wouldn't boot up. An error message came up stating that,
"The set of folders could not be opened. The server is not available." I
have tried to repair the program with my Office CD and tried to correct the
issue by reinstalling the program. One thing I haven't done is to delete the
program and then reinstalling it. I was hoping to preserve the emails that
are there. Any thoughts?

Thanks in advance.

Dear Roady [MVP]:

Type of an account: are you talking about personal vs. corporate?
