Outlook will not stay booted up

Recently Outlook 2003 has been difficult to boot up and stay booted up. When
I activate it/boot it up it immediately shuts down after all the screens,
folders, etc are shown on the screen. I have deleted or archived most of the
e-mails but that does not seem to have corrected the problem.

Have you by any chance Cloudmark Desktop installed? If so, go to their
website and download/install the newest version 5.2.1
