Outlook 2003 HTML printing problems

I have outlook 2003 and whenever I try to print messages in HTML it prints
starting halfway down the page. Even in print preview it shows the message
messed up. I've already:

-Disabled ADD-ONS
-Ran a repair
-Reinstalled Outlook (haven't reinstalled the whole office suite)

Outlook seems to be the only culprit. I've saved the message and tried
printing in word and it comes out fine. I've tried printing email in other
programs no problem at all. Help! Thx in advance!

Just in case it's helpful, I'm using exchange and Outlook has sp3 applied.
