Can't print from Outlook 2003

I am using outlook 2003 and have Exchange 2003. In the last week or so I
started having trouble were I can't print from Outllook.

I have the following settings:
compose in this message format: HTML
use MS word 2003 - both checked.

I can print if I change format to Rich text. But the message has to arrive
with that setting - I can't go back and print anything that I received in
HTML.

I get the little printer screen flashes up when I click to print.

I have checked everything and reinstalled and tested. I can print from all
other programs.

Any ideas what else I can check?

Well, you could click Edit>Edit Message, then click Format>Rich Text to
convert the message.

Have you tried reinstalling the printer driver? Can you print to a different
printer (if there is one available)?

One other thing to try: click Start>Run and enter

regsvr32.exe ole32.dll

Click OK. Stop and restart Outlook. Does that make a diffrerence?

Tried both of your suggestions and nothing changed. I can print to that
printer but not from outlook it must be the printer.
