Outlook 2003 margin error when printing

Odd little problem when printing HTML email from Outlook 2003. Right side is
getting cut off. HTML email stationery created using Notepad/Dreamweaver.
Edited normal.dot in Word 2003 to set right/left margins to 1 inch. When I
create a new email using the stationery, Word is the editor, but Page Setup
still shows right/left margins at 1.25 inches. I understand from this forum
that Outlook uses IE as print engine, so I checked the page margins there,
and right/left are set to 0.4 inches.

How do I print HTML emails from the Outlook Sent box and not have the right
side get cut off?

I have same issue - figured had to do with IE 8 upgrade???

No, still using IE7, WinXP Pro.

I have 2 users with the same issue. Seems to have started after upgrading to
IE8. We're on XP sp3 and have ran all MS updates. I have checked the
page-setup and mail format settings on IE8 and Outlook and they match my
other users that are not having the issue.

It happens no matter what printer is selected, local, network, PDF
converters, etc.

not sure what else to try??

Hi,

I have slightly the same issue. But in my case the end of the line is
repeated at the beginning of the next one.
