Outlook 2003 view email accounts from the sent area

Hi ... When i am creating a email with outlook 2003 and
click the account button i have 4 accounts listed and i
have given each account a name but in there its only
showing my pop3 info for all 4 accounts ... Is there a
way to have it show the name for each email account ???
Or better yet if it can why doesn't it show in my outlook
2003 as such ?? Thanks
