outlook email account

I have an outlook email and a yahoo email. I accidentally linked the two accounts and didn't want it that way. I then removed both accounts from my email folder and then reinstalled them since then it tell me that no email has arrived yet and I know that I have new emails. how to I make it so my emails are coming thru.
