Outlook 2003 Sharing Forms

[Future Date Emails]

Hi: I created a new Task Form and need for others on my team to be able to
send it out as well. When I send it to other team members they are not bale
to see the tabs or required fields on the from. Is there a simple
resolution? Thanks.
