Outlook 2003 Sending Errors

Just recently installed Outlook 2003, and now am unable to
send/reply to emails. I am receiving the following errors:

"Task 'mail.anglofinancial.com (1) - Sending' reported
error (0x800CCC0B) : 'Unknown Error 0x800CCC0B'

Task 'mail.anglofinancial.com (1) - Sending' reported
error (0x8004210B) : 'The operation timed out waiting for
a response from the sending (SMTP) server. If you continue
to receive this message, contact your server administrator
or Internet service provider (ISP).'

If anyone has a solution to either error, I would greatly
appreciate assistance!

You can try creating a new mail profile. Upgrades seems
to not like the old profile and creating a new Outlook
profile in 2003 fixes some very odd errors.

This doesn't seem to solve the problem. However, The fact
that I've installed Office Suite 2003 Free 30 day trail
play any part??
It seems that after the 30 days, chaos breaks loose.
Any other suggestions would be GREATLY appreciated.

I have located this error in microsoft support, for a
older version of Outlook! Could this still be a solution
for Outlook 2003 if Microsoft troubleshooting has not yet
discovered it?
