Outlook 2003 Error 0X800CCC0B & OX80004210B EMAIL

I have to co-workers, that after installing the 30 day
free trial version of Outlook 2003, run into several
errors when attempting to send email.

Any tips would be GREATLY appreciated to resolve this
situation.

"Task 'mail.mydomain.com (1) - Sending' reported error
(0x800CCC0B) : 'Unknown Error 0x800CCC0B'

and

Task 'mail.mydomain.com (1) - Sending' reported error
(0x8004210B) : 'The operation timed out waiting for a
response from the sending (SMTP) server. If you continue
to receive this message, contact your server administrator
or Internet service provider (ISP)"

Additionally, when email does get sent and either error
message is received, the receipt of the email tends to
receive MULTIPLE copies of the email regardless!!

Microsoft has apparently put out a Hot Fix Service Package
to resolve these EXACT error codes for Outlook 2002. Would
this possibly be the SAME solution for Outlook 2003??

If this is NOT a solution/fix to the problem, what will
remove the errors ?!

The fix for the timeout error (0x8004210b) in Outlook 2002 actually was
based on a fix that was developed in Outlook 2003, so you're probably having
a different issue. Could you have your co-workers turn on diagnostic
logging (see
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;Q300479, it works
for Outlook 2003 as well) and post the OPMLog.log file after they get one of
these errors?
