outlook 2003 problem inbox empty on one pc not on another

we have exchange 2003 on a W2003 server. i have setup my account on one pc
(win XP pro and Office 2003) and works fine. i also need it on a laptop using
win Xp pro / outlook 2003. i installed it my inbox is empty abut the rest (my
folders under inbox )are downloaded. the acoount on my pc is ok (inbox has
emails). i've tried to uninstall and reinstal but didn't work.

On the PC, what is your default delivery location set for, your Exchange
mailbox, or a local .PST file? What does your inbox show if you access it
through Outlook Web Access?
