Outlook 2003 - Inbox

Incoming mails are immediately/definitely deleted on arrival. Probably cauze
I tried another way of getting rid of all junk-mails (create a rule etc. /
delete definitely).
So I tried to uninstall / reinstall Outlook/Office, but after reinstalling
all mails in Inbox / Sent are still there, as well as the addressbook, and of
course the empty Inbox.
How do I do to really uninstall Outlook and start from scratch again ? ? ?
