Recover deleted emails of inbox deletions

MS Outlook 2003. I accidently selected all emails in inbox, deleted them and
emptied deleted items while thinking I was in Junk mail. Is there anyway of
recovering those inbox emails?

You don't mention what type of email account you have. If you connect to an
Exchange server (usually found in a business environment, this is Microsoft's
email server), go to your Deleted Items folder and click on Tools > Recover
Deleted Items. If the Exchange Admin has enabled this feature, you can
recover your deleted items for whatever set amount of time has been
configured on the server.
