Outlook 2003 on 2 computers with one POP3 mail server

I have two computers Office (Windows XP) and Game Room (Vista) and I'd like
to be able to check my email from either location using Outlook 2003. I've
mapped a drive to my primary computer (Office) and have successfully added my
varied archive email folders. I am having trouble getting the secondary
computer (Game Room) to recognize the "Inbox" under the Default "Personal
Folders". I have the Default Personal Folder Inbox updating correctly
(receiving) email from my comcast.net account. I would like to be able to
eliminate the duplicated Personal Account on the secondary (Game Room)
computer with one active Inbox, etc. The Game Room Outlook 2003 will not
allow me to change the default file location to look at my primary (Office)
computer. What am I doing wrong?

MS doesnt support the use of outlook data files over a network, it can lead
to data corruption
The data file, current or archive can only be accesses by a single instance
of Outlook
Delete your outlook Profile on the secondry PC, remove any Archive mapping,
it will only cause problems
Assuming you have outlook installed on both PC's configure the mail accounts
on both to leave a copy on the server. Both PC's will thus receive mail.
If you wish to sync between both then look here;
