Outlook 2003 group email attachments

Sorry, but I think I may be posting this twice.

Whenever I send a group email with attachments, some of my recipients
complain that there was no attachment. I have to resend the attachment to the
intended party. Is there some sort of group emailing issue which Outlook 2003
doesn't like?This is soooo frustrating. Does ANYONE have any advice they
could offer me as I have been trying to research this problem for some time
to no avail. I understand about the rich text format and compatability issues
with the recipient using another email program besides Outlook. I have tried
everything and am at my wits end! Should I switch to Outlook Express?
Hellllllp!!!!!

Any input would be greatly appreciated.
