Outlook 2003 - Enlarged Font on reply

Hi,

Three of my users are having an issue when a message of
theirs is replied to from external sources, sometimes
portions of their original text returns grossly enlarged.
Has anyone seen anything like this?

My server environment is
Exchange 5.5 SP4 running on W2K member server. My users
are running Outlook 2003 on XP systems.

I know it sounds strange, but try looking in the display
properties, under the "Appearance" tab. Make sure that a
scheme is chosen. If it's blank then set it to "Windows
Standard", and reboot if necessary. I once had a user that
had a similar problem in Word, and that fixed it.
