Problem with Outlook 2003 & Exchange Server 5.5

It seems Outlook 2003 causes my Exchange Server 5.5 Sp4
to hang. I'm running Windows 2000 on the Exchange server
and WinXP on the client running Outlook 2003

There is a notice on microsofts website about installing a patch for
Exchange. Has to do with rules processing.
