Hi!

I have seen issues on using Outlook 2003 on MS Exchange 5.5 SP4. Can anyone
guide me on how to handle this?

I don't believe this is true. Hotfixes are still free, as far as I know.

thanks for the link. actually I haven't use any outlook 2003 on my users. I
read first on the requirements before I deploy. But I hope I will not
encounter problem on installing this rollup update. But I notice that it
doest indicate that it will solve issue to outlook 2003. in what particular
topic can i view that It will fix the problem with outlook 2003?

The article is correct - if you call to ask for the Hotfix ONLY and do not
append additional questions, there is no charge. If you, however, pull the
"oh, while I have you on the phone, can I ask..." and ask additional
non-related questions for other problems, they WILL charge you.

See the article (841765) to which Martin and I provided a link; search
for "834466".
