Public Folders not listed on Folder List

I cannot see Public Folders on my Outlook 2003 SP2 Folder List. I am using
Exchange 5.5 SP4. Please help.

Have you permission to see each folder?

make to the system?

Actually, the Root of Public Folder is missing. First thing that I've
encountered a problem with Outlook 2003 is that I cannot click any folder
link from Outlook Today (search in the subject Unable to Display the folder
dated 03Jul2006) and now, Public Folders are gone.

how many servers do you have, only one or multiple, have you
replicated/moved any PF from servers, have you moved your mailbox to another
server?

Hint, time to upgrade the Exchange server.
