Font/Stationary via GPO in Outlook 2003

Greetings,

We have an Exchange 2003/Server 2003 environment with users running
Outlook 2003. The powers that be have directed me to disable users
from changing their stationary and font and to mandate a standardized
type. I have installed the Outlook 2003 .adm snap-in, but there is
nothing under 'mail format' that applies to mandated fonts/stationary.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
