Stationary in OutLook 2003 Disappeared

I had stationary loaded (Tech Tools) in OutLook 2003 as my statyionary of
choice when I set up OutLook and then set my fonts up, chose the setting
where my fonts overrode those of the stationary as I didn't care to use
Verdana and now ALL the stationary is completely gone - I have no selections
to pick from whatsoever.

If I click on the Get more statinonary and go to the web and select any of
that stationary and try to download it, it tells me that I don't have a
Office 2000 family product.

What gives with Office / OutLook 2003? I've got the whole product installed
- everything!!!!

Visit http://www.slipstick.com/config/backup.htm#fileloc and see where your
stationery files are supposed to be depending on your Windows version, then
search your drive to see if they're there or somewhere else.

Jocelyn,

As I mentioned in my initial post - I had stationary when I set up OutLook.
When I look in the Application Data \ Microsoft \ Stationary folder, there is
nothing there - totally empty. Do I need to repair / reinstall the
stationary from the CD's or what to fix the issue?

If the files are definitely gone, try a repair installation of Office and see
if that puts them back where they belong.
