outlook 2003 encountered problem needs to shut down

outlook 2003 with Business Manager SP1 version is 1.0.2002.8 using windows
2000 - when I start outlook it states outlook has encountered a problem and
needs to close we are sorry for the inconvenience. when reviewing was is sent
to microsoft it states outlook.exe APP ver: 11.0.8010.0 App Stamp 43D16d53
Mod Name: pwexhext32.dll ModVer: 2.11.0.238 Mod Stamp: 3f2562cf Fdebug: 0
Offset: 00003591 when checking the event viewer it states 1000. Need to
know how to fix it

I'd recommend upgrading to BCM version 2.
