Outlook 2003 - Custom Installation Wizard

Hi

I've configured a transform file using the Custom Installation Wizard. The
problem I'm having is with the Outlook profile configuration. I'm trying to
do this for Office 2003 Standard and Professional.

I'm trying toget the transform to modify the an existing Outlook profile or
create a new one if a profile does not exist.

The problem I've got is it doesn't add the Outlook Address Book when it
creates a new Outlook profile.

The following are the settings I've selected in the Custom Installation
Wizard.

Screen 17 of 24 Customise Outlook profile information
Selected Modify Profile:

Screen 18 of 24 Outlook: Specify Exchange Settings
Selected Configure an Exchange Server Connection
User Name: = %username%
Exchange Server = Server Name
Selected Configure Cached Exchange Mode
Cached Exchange Mode Settings
Use Cached Exchange Mode
Download headers followed by the full item
Download Public Folder Favourites

Screen 19 of 24 Outlook: Add Accounts
Selected: Customize additional Outlook profile and account information
Added Outlook Address Book
Deliver new mail the following location: Exchange Server

Screen 19 are the settings that do not appear to be working for new Outlook
profiles. I've attached a PRF file containing the settings exported from the
Custom Installation Wizard.

Thanks in advance for any information provided.

Don't tell me that. :) I just did exact same CIW steps earlier before leaving the office, but haven't tested yet.

Checked this out, typical out of date utility! There are no configuration
options for the 'Outlook Address Book'.

There are options for a Personal Address Book but why you would want to use
a PAB I have no idea, keep all your information in one place where its
supposed to be, your mailbox, not in files on the file system.
